Biography
Prof. Scheys teaches human physiology to dental 91³Ô¹Ï×ÄÐÈ˵ijԹÏÍø and biomedical sciences to dental hygiene 91³Ô¹Ï×ÄÐÈ˵ijԹÏÍø. Additionally, he is the faculty advisor for the Student Research Group at the dental school. His research interests include beta-cell biology and secretory signaling pathways. Prof. Scheys received a Ph.D. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan Brehm Center for Diabetes Research. He joined the university in 2014.
